| ALTA/ACSM Survey is a survey with exact specifications as spelled out by American Land Title Association and the American Congress of Survey and Mapping. In accordance with the 2011 Minimum Standard Requirements the surveyor will certify to the title agency that the subject ALTA/ ACSM
Survey meets said standards.

Boundary Survey is in accordance with Chapter 4733-37 Minimum Standards for Boundary Surveys in the State of Ohio. The people at Target Surveying have vast experience investigating property records.
Survey Report addresses a specific part of the boundary. Included in the scaled drawing is a narrative describing the specific concern. Survey Reports produced by Target Surveying have used successfully in court.
